Pre-listing inspection by the seller
A home inspection conducted prior to a listing can detect previously unknown problems or potential upgrades that a client may want to address. Being aware of issues in advance will also allow for disclosures of all these items found which will result in a smoother transaction for both parties.
We conduct a visual *inspection of all accessible systems and components of the house, following all Home EPA Standards. We charge a fee starting at $300 (and up depending on square footage).

Our Promise: A free visual inspection of the roof within 1 year of inspection if you suspect some sort of damage.
Technical Equipment: i3 Infrared camera, pocket moisture meter, temperature/humidity pen, temperature measure, borescope system, gas leak detector, thermo-anemometer, lead check, radon test canister, volt/amp meter, voltage/circuit tester and distance measure.
